Joint Ventures with Land Owners
Wilson Smith Developments has worked with many landowners that have either never contemplated obtaining planning permission or had land that has had planning permission rejected for various reasons. We are happy in either event to look at the potential of purchasing the land for our own development, purchase the land with a view to obtaining planning permission for a joint venture with the landowner or act as a promoter for the landowner (taking the land to market once the planning process has been completed).
