OUR HISTORY
Wilson Smith Developments was established in 2017 by the founding members, which is made up of 4 directors from the Wilson & Smith families. Based in Hertfordshire, we specialise in obtaining planning permission for the redevelopment of existing properties and the construction of new build homes.
Over the years we have worked on a variety of schemes that range from single dwellings to multiple unit developments. We believe our experience and expertise ensures we retain our fast growing reputation for build quality and attention to detail.
Areas we Cover
Wilson Smith Developments acquire sites for development across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. However, we would consider any land opportunities nationwide as they arise.
